OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
